• 3 drops WILD ORANGE Essential Oil
• 3 drops Restful Blend
• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
SLEEPY TIME ROLLER BLEND RECIPE
• 5 drops WILD ORANGE Essential Oil
• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
• 5 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
• 10 drops Vetiver Essential Oil
Combine all Essential Oils in a 10-ml roller bottle and top with carrier oil of choice. Roll onto bottoms of feet and back of the neck. Enjoy a good night of sleep.
